How to Give Effective Feedback?

We sometimes find it is difficult to give feedback in particular when it involves a change because we worry that it will hurt.

Experience tell me that an engaging environment and empowerment can smooth it.  Try to make our feedback not only more specific, but turn it into actionable and empowering message, it works much better.   People are more receptive and more willing to own it when they are engaged and empowered.   When people know they can be in control of the change, you will see more smiles and that will bring a difference.
