Recently I have read a book about QuestionThinking, it talks about asking questions and having a Learner Mindset. It is useful. Similar approach we can apply in our handling of feedback.
Very often, we easily get upset when we hear some negative feedbacks, we then deny it or blame on others. Let us try a different approach. Let us start by asking ourselves what we could learn from the feedback, why it happens, what we could do better? The moment we start to appreciate the comment and the person giving the feedback, the window is opened for us to improve and it opens a bright world.
