Our director, Ms Ankaa Wong, with more than 20 years solid international management experience gained from large corporations, gearing with functional specialist, we help our clients to grow their business, build on their strengths, create and master business opportunities to win in an ever-changing market environment.

We work with our clients with insightful and practical advice to address their business needs, we offer services ranging from advisory support, training workshops, and to execution and implementation of solutions. We have hybrid approach of support including project basis support to operationalize the solutions, or through leaders’ coaching to support clients’ building of skills and knowledge to grow business capability.

Ankaa Wong

Director and Corporate Development Consultant

Ankaa has over 25 years of human resources experiences in the North Asia region including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea etc. She held a number of senior management positions in major global corporates and international banks.

She has strong strategic business skills and experience, working with top management teams and C-level, adding tremendous values in the areas:

  • project management from planning to execution
  • change management from analysis, problem identification, to implementation of change
  • development of Company Vision, Mission, Values as guiding principles to business growth
  • performance management from goal setting, KPI, rewards and compensations, talent engagement
  • business diversification including merger and acquisition, due diligence, harmonization of merged business

Ankaa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Macquarie University, Australia. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Diploma in Training Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

David Lui

HR Consultant

With more than 30 years’ experience in HR advisory, rewards & benefits, and HR operations covering HR strategy & policies development, compensation & benefits, workforce wellness, mobility, HR processes & operations in financial services and various industries. Regional exposure in both mature & emerging markets as well as local experience with major HK companies. Led and participated in HRIS implementation, terms & conditions integration, and HR transformation projects. Consultancy experience in UK and HK. Specialty in total rewards, compensation design, job evaluation, job grading, market benchmarking, pay structures, flexible benefits & employee wellness.
