How to start a Change…

Recently, I have spoken with a few friends, some of us have found hard to make changes particularly when we want to do a lot and have various push and pull factors to manage but only very limited resources.

In our discussion, we recalled how we play Lego, we put together those pieces one by one and then create our own toys.   We also talked about how we learn to do stretching and some physical exercise like yoga, we start with a few basic movements and then gradually add on.

We found same can be applied in starting a change – get a focus, start with the basic and build from there. Let us give a try and track our progress.
