We have some great clients who have set very good company mission and core values as they set up their companies, however as we review their operation situation, there is a need to revisit and refresh it for their employees and clients. To refresh the mission and core values and show commitment, and help employees to work it out, we run workshops and focus groups for our clients, the outcome was great. We worked with our clients in Food and Beverage, High Tech, and Trading industries to strengthen their employee’s mindset and behavior that brings out more from the company value.
